Last updated: 6 November 2026

At Coffeebrands we respect your personal data. This page explains in plain words what we collect through coffeebrands.gr, why, how long we keep it and what your rights are, under the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Greek law.

1. Who we are

The controller of your data is Coffeebrands Ellas S.A. ("Coffeebrands", "we").

  • Email: info@coffeebrands.gr
  • Phone: +30 23820 29101
  • Addresses: 48 Ioanni Diakidi, Patras and 2 km Giannitsa - Axos, Greece

2. What we collect

We only collect what you give us through the forms on the site:

  • Contact form: name, email, topic and message.
  • Franchise enquiry: name, phone, email, city and, if you fill them in, budget, store format and available space.
  • Job application: name, phone, email, city, position, availability, message and your CV, if you attach one.
  • Newsletter: your email.

With every form we also record the date, the page language and your IP address, for security and spam protection.

We do not ask for sensitive data, such as health information or religious beliefs. Please do not include it in your message or CV.

3. Why we use it

  • To reply to your message or franchise enquiry. Basis: steps you ask for before a possible partnership and our legitimate interest in replying (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)).
  • To assess your job application. Basis: your consent, given with the checkbox on the form, and steps before a possible hiring (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b)).
  • To send you our newsletter. Basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)).
  • For visitor statistics and advertising. Basis: only your consent, through the cookie settings.
  • To keep the site secure and prevent abuse. Basis: our legitimate interest.

We do not sell your data and we make no automated decisions about you.

4. Who has access

Only the relevant people at Coffeebrands see your data. It is stored on the server that hosts the site and sent to our company email. For this we work with hosting and email providers, who process it only on our behalf.

If you accept statistics or marketing cookies, some browsing data reaches Google and Meta (see section 6). We share data with public authorities only when the law requires it.

5. How long we keep it

  • Messages and franchise enquiries: as long as needed to handle your request and the follow-up.
  • Job applications and CVs: for the duration of the selection and, if it does not go ahead, for a limited period for future openings, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
  • Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.

After that we delete it.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

Without your consent we set no tracking cookies. We only keep your cookie choice in your browser, so we don't ask again.

  • Statistics: Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd), to see which pages are read and where visitors come from.
  • Marketing: Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd), to show ads to people who are interested.

These load only if you accept them. You can change your choice at any time from "Cookie settings" at the bottom of the page. Google and Meta may transfer data outside the EU, under the safeguards of the EU - US Data Privacy Framework.

The photos from our Instagram are stored on our own server, so viewing them sends none of your data to Meta. When you follow links to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn or Google Maps, their own privacy policies apply.

7. Your rights

At any time you can ask us to:

  • give you access to your data and a copy of it,
  • correct or delete it,
  • restrict its processing, or object to it,
  • give it to you in a portable format,
  • withdraw your consent, without affecting anything done lawfully before.

Write to info@coffeebrands.gr and we will reply within one month. If you believe we have not respected your rights, you can contact the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).

8. Security

The site runs only over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). CVs are stored in a folder that is not reachable from the internet, and access to data is limited to those who need it.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when something changes on the site or in the law. The date at the top of the page shows the latest change.
